Welcome to Buckhorn Ranch HOA, located in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Established in 2001. Managed by volunteer board members elected by residents.


We are a small, friendly community of 150+ homes and condos located in beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado. Our goals are to maintain property values, keep our neighborhood safe & beautiful, and foster good neighbor relationships through compassionate outreach and leadership.

Our vision is to develop and sustain a desirable, natural, well-maintained mountain community supported by respectful, caring, and kind neighbors, who collaborate to preserve the beauty, safety, and value of our properties and our natural surroundings, while also helping to maintain the uniqueness of our broaderCrested Butte community.

The Board serves homeowners by taking a fair, ethical, and objective approach in representing the interest of everyone who lives in Buckhorn Ranch.

Dear Neighbors,

This is a friendly reminder that the courts located within our HOA community are privately owned and maintained for the exclusive use of our residents and their guests. We kindly ask that those who are not members of our HOA refrain from using the courts, as they are not open to the general public.

Our residents greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy. By limiting access to HOA members and their guests, we can ensure that the courts remain in excellent condition and available for those who have invested in their upkeep.

Buckhorn Ranch Design Review Committee
The Buckhorn Ranch Design Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for reviewing and approving all proposed improvements to properties within the Buckhorn Ranch community to ensure compliance with the community's design guidelines and maintain the aesthetic standards of the neighborhood. All meetings are open to the public and are typically held monthly on the 3rd Thursday. Any significant change to a current home or new construction must be submitted to the DRC for approval. Please use InsideHOA to submit a complaint on an active construction site.

Buckhorn Ranch Regulations Committee
The regulations committee is responsible for ensuring that all members of the Homeowners Association (HOA) adhere to the established rules and regulations.
